Bunkered infrastructure with wireless sensor monitoring

Monitoring for critical infrastructure (KRITIS) that stays watchful around the clock.

Sensor-based monitoring for operators of critical infrastructure (KRITIS, the German regulatory term for critical infrastructure), military sites and utility infrastructure. Structure, moisture, corrosion, vibration, level and access in real time, energy-autonomous, wireless and implemented with discretion.

Your advantage

Why operators of sensitive sites choose Infrasolute

Wireless sensors that work reliably even in remote, protected or bunkered areas, without extensive cabling and without compromising confidentiality.

Infrasolute specialises in sensor-based monitoring of concrete structures, infrastructure and civil engineering structures. Through retrofitting existing structures and fitting new buildings, an early-warning system emerges that keeps value retention, safety and operational readiness at a high level.

Independent of local infrastructure

The sensors transmit over modern mobile standards such as LTE-M and NB-IoT, even over long distances and in bunkered areas.

Energy-autonomous and wireless

Battery operation and radio make extensive cabling in sensitive areas unnecessary. Existing structures can be retrofitted, for example by core drilling.

Discretion as a principle

We do not name operators or sites publicly. References are provided in a personal conversation, on request under confidentiality.

Made in Germany

The systems are developed and manufactured in Germany, proven and implementable without major effort.

Connection to your control room

The data flows into a central monitoring software or directly into your existing control room system, instead of necessarily into a third-party cloud.

Scalable and retrofittable

Whether refurbishment of existing structures or fitting new buildings from the factory, the monitoring grows with your site’s requirements.

Application fields

Where monitoring protects critical infrastructure

From structural monitoring of massive protective structures to sabotage and access security, an early-warning system that detects damage before it becomes a hazard.

Structure & corrosion

Structurally monitor bunkers and protective structures

Moisture and corrosion cause invisible damage inside reinforced concrete structures. Sensors such as CorroDec 2G capture corrosion activity and moisture directly in the concrete, wirelessly, energy-autonomously and retrofittable by core drilling. This secures value retention and load-bearing capacity of massive structures.

Crack & vibration

Capture vibration and crack formation seamlessly

Training detonations, heavy vehicles and external effects stress the building fabric. Crack sensors measure changes in crack width and alert on threshold exceedance, for example at ammunition stores next to blasting sites. We assess vibrations against the guide values of DIN 4150.

Structure & roof

Structurally secure halls, hangars and new buildings

Wide-span roofs of aircraft hangars, vehicle halls and warehouses respond sensitively to snow load and storms. Structural sensors capture deflections and deformations and alert before structural safety is at risk. For new buildings, we monitor settlement over the first years of operation.

Level & climate

Keep level, climate and operating data in view

Water levels in pump shafts, temperature and humidity in ammunition depots or server rooms, and tank fill levels can be monitored in real time via wireless sensors. Deviating values trigger an automatic alert, instead of staff-intensive manual checks.

Access & sabotage

Secure doors, gates and shafts against tampering

On bunker doors, access hatches, ammunition chamber gates and supply shafts, a sensor reports every opening in real time, so response forces can intervene early.

Live situation picture

One situation picture for your entire site

All monitored objects come together in one picture. Play back a scenario and see how the system detects a threshold exceedance and an unauthorised access and reports it to the control room.

  • One system, many measuring quantities

Structure, moisture, vibration, level, climate and access run through a shared interface.

  • Report to your control room

Events are forwarded automatically, into your central software or your existing control room system.

Trust & discretion

Safety starts with confidentiality

At security-relevant sites, it is not only the technology that counts but also how discreetly it is implemented. That is why we treat operators, sites and details confidentially as a matter of principle.

No public references
We do not name operators or sites publicly. Suitable references are available in a personal conversation, on request under a confidentiality agreement.
Data sovereignty stays with you
The connection runs to your central software or your existing control room system, instead of necessarily into a third-party cloud.
Made in Germany
Development and manufacturing in Germany, proven solutions that can be implemented without major effort.
From a single source

Whether refurbishing older protective structures or fitting new buildings: the sensor technology is scalable and adaptable to your project requirements and delivers real-time data for forward-looking, data-driven maintenance.

Basis for decisions

What you can decide about the site

With security-relevant sites, the question of access comes alongside the structural question. Both are decisions that tolerate no delay.

  1. 01

React instantly to an access event

If a shaft or a secured door is opened, the system reports it at the same moment. That becomes an operational decision, not a log entry for tomorrow.

  2. 02

Keep using a site or upgrade it

The documented condition of a protective structure carries the decision on whether it still fulfils the required function.

  3. 03

    Prioritise across multiple sites

Anyone responsible for many objects needs an order of priority. Condition data provides it, without needing to inspect every object individually.

  4. 04

    Retrofit without operational interruption

Wireless, energy-autonomous sensors can be added to existing structures. The decision for a monitoring system is therefore not tied to a shutdown.

  5. 05

    Provide evidence for the regulator

Complete documentation of condition is the evidence that the duty of care was fulfilled.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about KRITIS and military

Who is this critical infrastructure monitoring suitable for?
For operators of critical infrastructure, for military sites, and for utility infrastructure. Typical objects are protective structures and bunkers, depots and halls, ammunition stores, pump and supply shafts, command and server rooms, and associated access points and gates.
Does the sensor technology also work in bunkered or remote areas without network and power?
Yes. The sensors operate wirelessly and energy-autonomously and transmit over NB-IoT and LTE-M. This provides a reliable connection even over long distances or in bunkered areas, entirely without a fixed power or network connection on site.
Can existing structures be retrofitted?
The sensor technology is designed for retrofitting. Moisture and corrosion sensors are fitted into bunker walls by core drilling, for example, crack, access and level sensors are mounted without extensive cabling. This allows even older existing structures to be secured without major intervention.
Where is the data processed?
The systems are made in Germany, developed and manufactured there. The data can be fed directly into a central monitoring software or into your existing control room system, instead of necessarily into a third-party cloud. We agree the specific data connection confidentially with you.
Do we get references for comparable projects?
For reasons of confidentiality, we do not name operators or sites publicly. Suitable references for comparable requirements are available in a personal conversation, on request under a confidentiality agreement.
Which quantities and events does the system monitor?
Structure and corrosion in the concrete, moisture, crack widths and vibrations, structural deflections on roofs and beams, water levels, climate and fill levels, and the status of doors, gates and shafts. If a reading exceeds the defined threshold, the system alerts automatically.
